Recently I broke out my first bass, a now massively modded ibanez from 1997. This sparked an interest. I am not too thrilled at the new offerings so maybe someone has a used one id be interested in. Definitely an SR, 4 or 5 would be great. If anyone has one to sell, let me know! Thanks!

Still looking. I prefer any model with PJ pickups.

Jay's got a nice MIJ SR800 w/P/J pickups @NJ Guitar & Bass Center. scroll down
I've played it. feels like a quality SR Series should and is pretty light around 7.25 lbs I'd guess.
Frets are in great shape and neck is stable. He's asking $799. and he's good with trades.

Any interest in a 1986 MIJ Ibanez RB850? I have one I'm looking to sell.

SR800 1990-1994 then will be your best bet, like the one for sale in New Jersey Guitar and Bass. I pass by the store whenever I am near. I saw that bass and it seems to be in good shape. I have an identical one and I love it.

I have no idea what year this is, but it's probably 2000s, so not what you're looking for. It's a P/J pickup configuration.

I'm in Atlanta and would sell this pretty cheap locally.

This. Korean-made entry-level model, before the GIO series came out. Late 90s or early 00s probably, and not half bad but not on par with the SR800.

Not P/J but nice SR1200
I contacted the seller. His name is Zak and he's willing to ship.
