This one has been around for a while, but had a price drop:

I assume an early Status build, as it has a wooden neck with headstock as well as a basic luminous orange logo, / Made in England tag, and not so much visual bling as later versions? Price seems very reasonable though?

Status started out in the 1980s with carbon fiber through-body necks and even full-carbon builds (the S2000). The wooden necks were introduced in the 1990s because of the huge success of their carbon-necked models, but I think they stopped making those because they couldn't keep up with demand for their carbon necks.

The bass advertised here has me in doubt. It looks like a Status Energy Artist, probably early 90s. The Energy Artist was the more luxurious version of the Energy. A regular Energy would have an ash or utile body without a top or rear facing. The Energy Artist adds to that a walnut core with laminated body wings with walnut or maple facings. Both the Energy and Energy Artist were available with a choice of wooden or graphite neck. They came in both the classic "Series II" shape and in this more rounded shape advertised here, but I wouldn't know when which was available. What's odd about the advertised bass is the 3-band EQ! The Energy and Energy Artist had very basic electronics with a preshaped EQ with just one adjuster knob. I wonder if the preamp was replaced along with the pickups when the Bartolini's were installed. They left the factory looking like this:
