The Ibanez just came in from France and according to the previous owner it belonged to Arni.
The Steinberger was up for sale in Detroit CL and I asked the lady, she agreed to ship it.
I'm not a fan of 5 string basses but one of my friends said he wanted it really bad so I've got it for him, he should be coming by some time next week to pick it up.

Always liked the looks of the Axstar... let us know what you think of it when you've had the chance to spend some playing time with it...

I passed on one of those Steinbergers last year to build my Kiesel Vader 5, and while I love the Kiesel, I kind of wish I’d picked up the Steinberger as well. Hope your friend enjoys it.

Oh, love the Axster too!!!

Funny I just listed the Steinberger up on Reverb and came to see this!
My friend made me buy this and backed out last minute so I put it up for sale on Reverb just tonight, for a higher price of course.
If you or anyone else is interested on this Steinberger bass PM me and I'll give a better deal here.
The Ibanez I'm keeping for sure.
Cheers!

I saw that your ad on Reverb is down already. Did it sell that quickly?

It's a very rare and highly collectable bass.
Already on it's way to Japan!
I liked this bass a lot but I'm not a 5 string fan.
Keeping the Axstar for sure, this one is another awesome find!
