That's a pretty bass but only 21 frets on a 6er ??? Thats just wrong. Should be 24 IMO. Chris does like the bright colors. I got his old Fiesta Red Lakland JO5... It's definitely played as I am sure they all are but still nice. Wish I would have snagged Chris' old Pavel 5er he had at the LowEnd. I think a few of us were interested in it and missed out... Thumbslam????

i dunno, I get eye strain when I look at those colors.

It's not the Univ of Tampa, tho it comes close http://www.tampaspartans.com/

Univ. of Texas gets closer ... http://www.longhornsltd.com/longhornsltd/index.asp

but I'm thinking it's U of Tennesee http://www.volmall.com/main_objgroup.cfm?nCategoryID=9&nObjGroupID=538&sAuxTitle=Tailgate

FWIW, The day before I discovered TLE's website, someone bought Chris 5 string modulus.

Wow, well I guess that what "the brothers" want the brothers get. Chris Chew has been with the NMAs since the beginning, for all intents and purposes he is a founding member, must suck to have your choice of instrument dictated to you.

I wouldn't be surprised if whomever shoots their videos asked to change it. It must stick out like a sore thumb on camera.

Wow. Yeah, that's the University of Texas (definitely NOT the U of Tampa). I already thought those basses were ugly (just the headstock really), but that one takes it to a whole new level.
