Hey guys,
Have you ever used or heard of using mineral spirits to clean a fretboard?

really brought the fretboard I used it on back to life.
The mineral spirits did leave the fretboard looking
very dry before I applied the conditioner, and it left ashy spots on my hands where they came into contact. Granted, my hands aren't made of wood, but that made me think that perhaps mineral spirits is a bit too aggressive to use on wood.
I can't argue with the results, though! The fretboard looks like new!
