This neck probably started life as a Warmoth 21 fret version with the "overhang". Someone has decided to pull that fret and buzz the board down to the 20 fret norm.

That's quite a poorly fitting pickguard right there. And it appears to be painted black... Could sure use a prettier one.

The body may have been recently repainted as well - picture 5 shows scratches that are under the paint... $500 seems a tad expensive...
