I don't think that Allparts Tele neck is legit. I think it's an Allparts J neck that's been shaped to like a Tele headstock. The lower hump doesn't look quite accurate, and you can see additional sanding marks along the edge. I sent the seller a question. Let's see how he responds, as he is the only guy I've seen anywhere that sells an Allparts Tele neck (lefty or righty) with a rosewood fretboard and Jazz specs. The only Tele neck Allparts offers on their own site is a maple fretboard righty:

Correct. It certainly is a reshaped headstock. I'm a luthier, and rpairman, also a lefty bassist...as most of you know... hey, that's why I'm here!
I'm also an Allparts dealer. There were only two lefty necks available from them, both rosewood jazz bass necks, but one might have been discontinued. I have a 20 fret JRO-L - played it on a gig last night!
I cannot seem to find the one they used to sell with the extra fret, and a fingerboard extension. I once inquired about them getting lefty square heel one- piece maple Tele bass necks, in old style widths and profiles. Of course, it came down to how much demand, and they'd need a big order to get them.

Good catch, guys, thank you. I did not scrutinize it very carefully.
