USA made, custom ordered G&L L-2000 lefty left handed.

I had it made for me from G&L last year with the following options:

- Empress body (super light bass, around 7 lbs)
- Himalayan blue
- Matching headstock
- Neck No. 8, JB size
- Quartersawn neck
- K-switch (OMG)
- Left handed

It is a phenomenal guitar in LIKE NEW condition! Not a single trace or dot, brand new!

Perfect, hyper versatible bass, especially with the addition of the factory optional K-switch.

Comes with all documents and original, like new, case.

$1350 including shipping conus.

Thank you! Yes used to have the L-1000 in lake placid blue. It is also a beautiful color, but is metallic (at least the one I got). The Himalayan blue is more of a sky blue, non-metallic, a "warmer" color.

How's the Empress wood body affect the balance of the bass? Does it seem neck heavy at all? Any neck dive? Does it tend to want to dip down if you have the neck elevated in a normal playing position? This is really a beautiful bass!

Thanks,
Chris

I always play seated and do not use a strap, but after checking I can say that the point of gravity is right where the last inlay up the fret is located (17th fret) so it is actually well balanced!

Thank you!

Man, that might be the prettiest G&L I've ever seen. :)

Thank you!

Yes I am really having second thoughts about selling this one, but there are only so many basses I can play during my weekly half-hour playtime...
