I asked and one of the GC guys said it is all original and in pretty good shape.
The price is a little salty to me but it looks nice!

I actually have a bookmark for a GC search for used lefty basses, so it was two clicks to find it. I assume this is the one you meant?

Thanks for the fix up Tim!
That's the one!
He said he was gonna text me some pictures but nothing so far!
I saw the JB too! Strange it is too cheap comparing to the ones i've seen in the past!

I was doing a lot of amp shopping for a while (and now some amp selling) and so I frequently check prices. I noticed inconsistencies: same amp same condition with prices >25% apart. The prices seem to err on the high side when they err, though, so I haven't been able to capitalize yet.

I am unable to read the SN but I suspect this bass is not 80's but perhaps late 70's. I had a 78 Jazz in the same color and it was a 78. I suspect this bass as late 70's or very early 80's (1980 or 81). Can anyone read the SN to find out the year?

It's an S8 serial, but if the pot codes are later, it could be an early 80s.

If everything was right with it, that's a very good price for a 75 Jazz IMO.
