Yeah, no kidding. If it is a fake, then I have to admit to being a sucker.

This is so ironic because I paid more than $405 (the current high bid) for my first bass, and at the time I thought the Bongo was so bad-ass (cosmetically, I mean. I knew nothing about tone). It was my Holy Grail.
