Yeah, the price is a little high - actually, a lot too high. I know what they list for, but people most always get them - new - for 20-25% off that. Which makes that one about as much as a shiny new one. My '94 Epic is just a 4-string, but it's in nicer shape; I paid
considerably less for it, as well. And even then, I probably paid too much. It's a nice bass (Duhh!), and even though I'm not a fan of active basses -
especially 'active or nothing' ones, I'm happy with it... no plans to own another one, though.
