There are no pics On line, but the very helpful chap at the CG where it's at (CA) took some for me and emailed them out. In short, it looks great visually apart from some cracking in the body around the neck pocket. I have not seen it in person (so no idea if the neck is knackered or not), but this looks to be a bit more than finish cracking as you can see into the crack and it looks like there's a faint hint of one on the other side too - perhaps the neck got hit or it was dropped? Anyway, maybe worth a try for the price but after having a few recent basses with neck issues (all returned) I'm a tad gunshy on this..even with the devil on my shoulder saying "do it" :)

yeah I like the look of it too and that is a good price assuming it's functional.
Oops I did it again - it's coming from Cali to Albany ;)
Thanks for posting this - even though I really did not need another bass.

No worries!! Thank you for removing temptation . I couldn't quite afford it, and I didn't need it, but it was gnawing at me :)

I just got this and it is nice. I think the crack is just in the finish, and the bass overall plays really nice - great tone - P bass on steroids for sure. Condition overall is very good.

Did a little recording with the SB-1 - P bass on steroids describes it IMO:

Here's how she sounds in the mix:
