Here's a track w my '83 L2K - recorded in Garageband w clean amp setting. These old L2Ks have a different sound than the newer ones, I think you can hear it here:

Agreed. Reminds me a lot of a tone I get out of my '80 Musicman Sabre, which makes perfect sense given the G&L was Leo's next logical step. Cool groove, BTW. :)

Thanks - yeah now that I've played a Sabre I can see the evolution from it to the L2K.
