It's him alright, but this is a different bass. The other one was a Mark King type. . .

Yes, and this one also has the Bendwell... still not sure I get the need for that on a fretless.

Yes, it was me. Lots of lookers but alas, no buyers in these troubled times.

As noted, I had previously posted my Status Graphite King Bass Standard on eBay a couple of times. I received the S2 earlier this year but lately I have found myself really enjoying the smaller and lighter King Bass body. After PJ posted his boatload for sale I have been seriously considering one of them so I put the S2 up for sale to try to gain some funds. Oh well. If PJ's bass gets sold I may consider a King Bass Artist with the works (neck through, Bendwell, 16.5mm spacing, LEDs, etc.)

I get the Bendwell option strictly for the 32" scale which is a lot easier on my aging hands. I never use the Bendwell itself.
