I am in debate of moving this bass. It was just received 4-5 months ago and doesn't get played much. Never been out of my house. I have something else that going to be built and might need to generate some money.

As the subject says, Feeler. I haven't come up with a price but listing it here while I get some ideas. Its 9.99/10 condition. PERFECT straight neck, No Issues. A VERY Versatile Jazz Bass!!

Body: Swamp Ash
Neck: Maple with some flame in it
Fingerboard: Figured Birdseye maple
Finish: Gloss Black (thin finish)
Pickguard: Black (I have another Tortoise/Mint also new...)
(I had 2 pickguards made at same time for proper fitting)
(B String Thru Body Option)
Tuners: Chrome HipShot UltraLite's
Solid Bone Hand Cut Nut
Dunlop Chrome Straplocks
Seymour Duncan Vintage Pups
* Bridge: Solid Brass chrome plated HipShot
* Floyd Rose style bar on headstock (see pic)
* Stainless Steel Upgraded Medium Jumbo Frets
* Preamp: Bartolini NTMB 918 Custom Kit w/3-band MID Switch wired 18v
Knobs: Sadowsky Metal Vol Vol knobs/Audere Lower Stacked Knobs/Unknown Flat top tops (perfect mix)

Now For The Controls.....
1 Vol (neck)
2 Vol (bridge)
3 Stacked MID (bottom)/Tone Control (top)
4 Stacked Bass (bottom)/Treble (top)
x2 switches. 1 switch is the active/passive
* The Tone Control works in active or passive mode via the switch
* The MID freq selector is the 3-band switch
* Custom Mike Lull Fitted Case Included
Weight: 10lbs. I can drop it 5-6 oz by changing out the solid brass bridge to aluminum

* means custom upgrades

"POSTING UPDATED PRICE HERE" because some people don't read the entire thread. Worth in total near $4,000 street. Asked $2600... Lowered to $2450.

-ONLY selling to take care of some bills.

NO TRADES (please don't ask)... USA SALE ONLY... THANKS!!!

Hi Grave,

Few questions,

35" scale?
Are the PU noiseless?
Brass bridge? Your choice in the order or afterwards?
What is the mids selection?

Looks great, can you tell me a bit about the sound compare to a 4 strings Jazz?

Thanks,

Sly

I may be interested if the price is within my budget. Let us know how much you're looking to get for it when you decide.
All the best with it man!

Maybe I missed something, but I don't understand what the 2nd toggle switch does. could you clarify?

How would you describe the sound the brass bridge imparts? Would you say it's more on the modern hi-fi side, or does it still lean towards vintage territory?

Hey Sly,

35" scale, yes. I care about a great "B" string. His 34" scale B strings don't sound as good. This B is very effective.

Not noiseless. Didn't want noiseless talking with Mike.. These can get more aggressive. Not really noisy either

Brass bridge I got direct from Bill @ Hipshot and its solid. Had it sent to Mike during the build process. Brass is supposed to have better sustain and I use brass bridges on almost all my Spector's religiously.

250k 500k 800k (I believe)

The other switch is an active/passive switch. Tone still works in passive move. These were all my specs I presented to Mike at time of order.

Well if you insist ;)

As listed, it's a feeler. Love this bass but would move it for $2600 Shipped anywhere in Conus48 states. Mike Lull fitted case with blue plush interior included, extra pick guard and all case candy.

If you do the math, this bass would run over 4,000 street (Yes, really. Lefty up charge) and its got VERY low mileage on it. 5 month wait time.

Thanks

I am taking this off the market for the time being and will repost in the future when I need money. Just took it out to play for a bit. It's staying in the arsenal.

I just put my listing back into For Sale. I moved it to Sold.

I need to generate some $$$. I'll do $2450 Shipped Lower48 on this bass, case, extra's. It's a steal of a deal folks. Get it before it goes on the evil bay.

Man! Belinmad is on a roll! Congrats! It's an awesome bass and it was quite a deal for a Mike Lull. Gravesbass has always the good stuff.

I didn't get it. I don't have the funds until either a) tax check comes and/or b) some of my basses get sold.
