Am I the only one soooooo sick of being told one of the following ???

1) " Hey man, just learn to play right handed " This came from Jimmie Vaughan when I inquired about his signature Strat, and if he could help get me a lefty. Thanks, Jimmie. I'm glad you weren't Albert King or Jimi Hendrix' guitar teacher. We'd all be buying Mexican copies of Jan And Dean Signature ukeleles.
2) " Well, I'm left handed, too, but I learned to play right handed. " Uh, if you play right handed, guess what ? You're right handed ! Stunning, isn't it ?
3) " Hendrix ( or McCartney ) played with the strings backwards, you know. You're doing it the easy way. "
uh...no, he dih-unt ! and if it's so easy, pal, you try it.
4) " Guys like Doyle Bramhall Jr. who play so well with the strings " righty strung" ( upside down ) drive me nuts. Just turn the damned things over and come sonically correct." I love Doyle Jr. His playing on the Roger Waters 'In The Flesh' DVD blows my mind every day and twice on the sabbath. I even own one of his old suede jackets, but I agree with this one. It's gross to watch, knowing what I went through with right handed axes. Put the heavy "e" at the top, man !

I'll think of some more later.
