c'mon down to Hall E Booth 1304 - there's several lefty basses just calling out for attention

I don't know my evening schedule yet ... or just how exhausted I'll be after manning the booth all day each day

all the best,

R

Hi Rod, I have a friend - and fellow bass player - named Bob Hernandez, who's hopefully going to get a chance to stop by your booth and say Aloha for me. Make sure he takes pictures of your basses! Have a great and productive show....

Check out Mayones, a high-end company from Poland! They make beautiful guitars and basses. Their Setius guitars and especially the neck-through Regius model have set a whole new standard in 7- and 8-string guitars and their basses are awesome too. And they have a new and notable lefty endorsee: Jimmy Haslip retired his Roscoe for this Mayones Comodous 6 Classic:

I'll be there Fri-Sat night. Come by the Spector booth Sat early evening for the artist meet and greet. I am the only lefty this year.

Jimmy is one fab player. He was a loyal Roscoe layer but maybe the 35" scale finally got to him. I just heard something a while ago so it doesn't surprise me.

@ Rod, I'll stop by your booth on Friday and introduce myself. Would be good to meet up with a few of yo as well.

the NAMM show on Tue AM as few people get to see it

the booth is set-up and ready to roll. I'll start tweaking the bass set-ups this afternoon to accommodate the climate difference between SoCal and Seattle

I have two basses available to booth share ... so if your booth needs a lefty bass to help sell your amps or ?? drop me a note and lets get one to you :)

all the best,

R

If you see Richard Christie from the Stern show there, say hello to him for me. :D

I ran out of space so I'll be rotating in/out a couple basses each day ... the first couple basses getting a deposit will prolly sit out the remainder of the show

all the best,

Looks nice Rod! What kind of bass-cab and amp is that in your booth for people to play through?

I brought down my Thunderfunk 410 for the show so that all the basses can be played and not just fondled. the cabs are custom made for the booth by a new company that's making a debut this year ... I may be going home with one of these - they blow away anything I currently gig with

AzWhoFan came by last night and got to play the Vintage Blonde Regenerator lefty 4. He should get to play it amped on Friday when I swap it out for the Desert Sunset metallic 4

Thanks for all the well wishes - it's appreciated!

doors open early at Hall E this AM. gotta go get the booth ready for the masses ...

all the best,

R

Rod and AZWhoFan-

Great to meet you both at Namm. Hope you had a blast, and Rod, hope you left with no basses on the return trip!
