I have a WD brushed gold guard guard. It looks amazing on a black jazz. If interested let me know.

Thx nematicba and Matt. I saw that one on ebay.. Its the perfect replacement but I ordered a black one form WD. I hope it fits. I have the worse luck with pickguards and I always have to mod them myself. Thx for looking out guys!

I don't think it is a question of luck. I ordered two pickguards from two different companies for my P-bass and I had to adjust both of them. I wonder whether they are not simply using a mirror template of a righty pickgard, whereas lefty Fender bodies are not the exact mirror of the righty version - possibly due to slight differences in the programing of their routers. It is my fault though, I was lazy and used their templates instead of using a pdf.file.
No problems when ordering a Musicman guard.

I ordered three pickguards from WD and the fits were perfect with not alterations needed. I think your new pickguard will fit fine. good luck with it.
