Anybody other than me have one?

I just revamped my whole setup and I am VERY happy with the results.

Image

Signal chain:
Planet Waves Strobe Tuner (lives on my board only until I can afford a rack tuner)
EBS OctaBass (Beat out the MXR Bass Octave Deluxe in a side-by-side)
MXR Bass Envelope Filter (Beat out the EBS BassIQ in a side-by-side)
EBS Stanley Clarke Wah/Volume (LOVE the wah/volume functionality, and it has both Q-style envelope filter AND classic wah tones with a BOOST function! YAY!)
Xotic BB Bass Preamp (SVT-in-a-box)
Wren & Cuff Pickle Pie B Fuzz (Muff-style Distortion/Fuzz... hands down best bass distortion I have ever heard)
MXR Blowtorch (square-wave style synth fuzz)
Boss Bass Synth (currently dialed into a "Too Much Time On My Hands" keyboard sound)

The only thing I can see myself changing out so far, would be my Boss Bass Synth for a chorus pedal... probably an EBS... I only use the Bass Synth on one tune, and its uses are pretty limited musically.

I know that most of us bass players are "guitar-cable-amp" guys... and I was too, until I started playing more music that demanded more tonal options... but, since I started becoming a pedalboard guy, I've really jumped in with both feet, and I love it.

Post yours!

I don't have pics but my current pedalboard chain is:

Loooper ----->PW Tuner
|--------> MicroPOG --> TS9DX --> Cool Cat Chorus --> Amp

I have a large pedal collection and several "path" boxes but this is all I'm using right now. All I'm looking to add at the moment is a good bass EQ and a Tech21 VT Deluxe.

I use a pedalboard with my Moody Blues cover band, don't have a pic of it tho'.

St.Blues King Blues Bass or Fender Jazz Bass > Tech 21 Leeds > Boss Bass Chorus > Behringer Dig. Delay > Big Shot A/B box

Fender BG 31 acoustic bass > Submarine Bass Preamp > Big Shot A/B box

I've just gone through all my Soundpool shots and, amazingly, I never took a picture of my pedal board. However, I can say that it's:

bass --> tuner/power supply --> bass wah pedal or auto wah --> bass synthesizer --> octaver --> phaser --> bass overdrive --> "Super Feedbacker & Distortion" pedal --> compressor --> TC Electronic RH450 head with 2X12 cabinet

I've used this set-up for about 3 years and I'm getting a bit bored. I need to add more pedals for sure!

My board:

Sansamp > Compressor > Tuner > Phaser > Tremolo > Chorus/Flanger/Pitch Modulation > Delay.

Love your "Rush COS" pedal, I take it that it's a self-build?
I have a Dan Echo and like playing around with it, ai one time I had started to collect the old Danelectro pedals but I;ve not been able to get beyond the "Basic 4". I love the original 18v Cool Cat chorus and use it on my current board (though I really want an Analogman "Deep" Bi-chorus.)

Self-build? Nah, it's an old TC Electronic P210. I found it in a store for $20. Most of the paint was gone, but it worked fine, so I painted it green and then added the Rush sticker..

I have tried to keep my board limited to what will fit on my PT Mini. I have had a bunch of different pedals on there. Here is one incarnation:

And another:

Tell me about the Hartman flanger.
I have an old Electric Mistress that I dearly love.

The Hartman is based off of the old Electric Mistress (EM).
whilst i have not used an original EM, I do have a Hartman and from what I can tell it does the EM thing very well. Another EM variation is the Toadworks Barracuda. I had one of those at the same time I got the Hartman and had a lot of trouble discerning much difference between the two. Ended up selling the Barracuda, but frankly I would have been happy keeping either one.

I actually sold the Hartman as it just didn't retain enough low end to be useful on bass in my opinion. Gorgeous sounding pedal but needed to have a clean blend to work well on bass. I kind of miss it though!

Mines boring :(

Boss TU-2 --> Aguilar Tonehammer --> BBE Optostomp --> Amp

I've tried running the compression before my tonehammer and found it was rather unpleasing to the ear, and really didn't like what it was doing with my DI signal.

Looking forward to hearing about it. I'm in the process of putting together a few small pedalboards for my various bands.

NoXX,
interesting that you use a WIIO. I had one for a while and much preferred it on my guitars rather than on bass. That being said, i had to sell it as there was something in the harmonic content that would send my tinnitus through the roof, even at really low volumes (bummer).

So in typical fashion, I went out and bought a Reeves C50PS and even at ridiculously loud bedroom levels it doesnt bother my ears ... go figure!!!
