I'm thinning the herd and selling a short-scale Japanese Squier. Antique white, white pickguard w/ rosewood fretboard. The neck is dated November 1985 so it matches up with the serial on the headstock #E547212. I traded a $600 bass for it ('89 Ibanez Soundgear 800)with active electronics, since I didn't want to deal with batteries anymore  and was just looking for a different vibe altogether. I bought it with a fair share of "road rash" - missing/cracks in the paint, etc. But, it plays nice, stays in tune, etc and sounds good both recorded and live. I've seen this vintage bass go for $400 in much better cosmetic shape, so I'm asking $250 and will throw in a high quality gig bag made by "Precision".

I think that's unusual for them to have the forearm contour, but then again you don't see them often. My medium scale had a full cut, no contour.
