Hi DJR0812, thanks for joining us. What are you playing for a bass/basses right now?

Hey Andrew,

I'll be customizing my profile and posting pic's later. But for now, I am a Gospel and Church player with some jazz and R&B thrown in on the side. My main basses are a Carvin LB75 fretless and a Yamaha BB series with EMG's. My amps are SWR redhead, Hartke and Peavey.

cheers

Hey Chuck and Nick,
Great to have both of you here.

Guys, if you havn't met Nick before he plays bass for Doro Pesch, and is currently on the road with her. If you get a chance post a link to where your tour is taking you Nick, you might be rolling through a fellow southpaw's town soon.

And I definitely hope to see pics of both your bass collections in the gallery. :)

Hey Andrew, Hey Everybody,
We're nearing the end of our U.S. run. Tonight we're in Fort Worth, TX at the Ridglea Theater.
Here's what's left:
April 12 Houston, TX - Scout Bar
April 13 San Antonio, TX - Rock Bottom Bar
April 15 St. Petersburg, FL - The State Theatre
April 16 Ft. Lauderdale, FL - Culture Room
April 17 Atlanta, GA - The Masquerade
April 18 Nashville, TN - The Muse

I took a pic (not very clear) of the 2 basses I have with me. One's a modified '96 P Am Std and the other is a Warwick Buzzard. I taped over the side position markers with neon gaffer because it's sometimes hard to see them in the dark between songs.

50 members in a month's time? That's awesome!

That should be more than enough to storm the gates of Gibson and twist their arm to get with the program. The revolution begins NOW!

Hi, I am new here! I am a fifteen year old lefty GIRL bassist. Crazy, right? I play a 1988 cream squier P bass, and I am constantly shopping for lefty Fenders. I have also been playing drums and guitar for just about as long as I can remember. Hello all! :)

Hi fellow lefties, by an accident at birth, we now play our instruments the wrong way round, so frieghtening the elderly and the young ;) (god these smilies are ugly).
My name is Steve and I found the site via Arni's place. Would I be right in saying there are over 50 members already?
That's great, I look forward to spending some time on here.
Thank's for putting up the site, I'm sure it will make a difference to all lefty bassists.
Cheers Steve.
