My old natural 73 (they call it a 72) Jazz is on there! The one signed by Ray Price! :shock:

Looks like the neck pocket might be a little wacky... there's a lot of neck heel poking out on the left side.

Yeah, I've known about that place for a while now and used to drool over that BC Rich Mockingbird before eventually finding one for about 1/4 the price they've listed.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing across the board there, which is why they've got the same stock listed that they had 5 years ago. :evil:

If I could get 3400 euros for my '79 Rick I'd sell it in a heartbeat.

I just got rid of it because I needed cash and I had my beloved '74. The neck pocket was fine (meaning the neck never moved even though it has the usual 70s era gap). The neck was one of the straightest, fastest, slimmest i've ever played. Was a great bass, I'm surprised I've seen it up for sale so many times since I owned it about 4 or so years ago.

I've been living in Italy for the most of my life, i know the store. There's a couple like that here, They are more collectors than sellers, organize guitar exhibitions and stuff like that, they don't care if they sell, they rather buy or trade vintage stuff, this is another: http://www.guitaranch.com/ He don't even give you the price on line anymore. it's a little store inside another big music store in Verona, not far from where i live. He got robbed a couple of years ago, they took almost all his instruments (left the amps and pedals) one night and the rest the night after. Beautiful instruments. some very rare others signed by people like Jimmy Page. Anyway crazy prices.

Yes i'm in Italy too, and yes the price there are Crazy.

I know a guy who purchased a 78 P Bass from them, he said that HG is pricey but at least you can try the bass before buying.

I've been in "guitar ranch" a couple of times and they are high priced too, but at least the owner grants you that all the stuff inside there are 100% original and in perfect shape.

Wow I've never seen a lefty Antigua before.

That site's a good testament to the fact that Fender has never really known how to treat the headstock decals on their lefty instruments.
