Guys, it's looking like a "short sale" home purchase I've been involved with for several months is suddenly finally going to go through  . What a nerve-racking experience!! It's a very cool house so I'm excited about it, but this means I will likely be moving in the next month or so, and moving FAST, plus trying to get my current house on the market, etc. As you guys know I have accumulated almost 150 basses and it is waaaay too much to keep up with. The thought of trying to pack up and take all these basses with me is giving me nightmares. Maybe this move is the motivation I need to thin out some things.

So I'm going to put up a list of Lefty basses. If there's a bass (or basses) here that interests you let me know ASAP and we can discuss details. I will probably head to the Evil Bay with these in a few days, or as time permits to write up descriptions and all that but I wanted to go here first... I haven't thought yet about trying to price each one individually but I'm not looking to make a profit- just looking for reasonably fair market value because I need to sell as many as possible to have a meaningful impact on getting down to a manageable moving number. These are all great basses or they wouldn't be here, all are in very good to excellent condition, some are basically “new old stock” (NOS) in that they have barely been played at all. There's no issue with me other than that with such a ridiculous number of basses to deal with, I gotta sell something!! , so if anything I'll probably be adding more (and selling some right handers too, but I'm guessing no one here is interested in that).

The current List:
1. Carvin LB50 (vintage)
2. Carvin B4 Fretless
3. Cort B4 Artisian (nos- w/ upgraded USA Bartolini electronics) model not sold in the USA
4. ESP LTD B254 (nos)
5. Hofner Icon – Trans Blue (nos)
6. Hondo Fame 830 P Bass (vintage)
7. Ibanez SR500L (nos)
8. MTD Kingston Z5 (nos)
9. Peavey Fury II
10. Schecter 004
11. Vaccaro X Ray 4 (rare)
12. Vantage VP825B (vintage and rare)
13. VantageVS600B (vintage)
14. Yamaha BB614

will you look at this ---- do I love you?..I dunno.

all that lefty goodness already strung up inverted so if I bought ANY of them, I could take it out of the box an ROCK!!!!!!

and I NEVER saw any other bass besides a Kramer with the pitchfork neck on it...very impressive and awesome.

I have 4 of my righty collection basses on ebay this weekend and I'm hoping to sell them all, if I do, you WILL get a PM from me for sure........

That one PUP Vantage is exactly like one of my first basses. They're good basses.
And I love those Vaccaro's.

Agreed, all the old original Vantage stuff like this was made by Matsumoku and it all just kills. And the Vaccaro is both rare and unique. I wouldn't sell either of them except that I have another of both!

I'm not intimidated by the color, it's a beautiful bass. No other acoustics right now.

Is that the original neck again on the Schecter 004, or did you keep the necks of your two 004's exchanged for good looks? :)
