Preferably just the body. It's for a project. But if I have to buy the whole bass, I will. Thanks.

Yeah. MIJ's, which is fine, but they either say "basswood" or don't say at all. Hmmm.

If it's for a frankenbass project get an SX, they use alder for bodies and the whole bass is $99.

I recently pulled my E-series Squier to check the neckdate and looks like alder to me.

MORNING UPDATE: As it turns out I've actually got 2 identical very nice Black Alder P bodies that I'm not using. Sorry the pics are a bit crappy I shot them as I was running out the door for work. Both bodies have excellent factory finishes (no bumps, waves, etc.) in excellent condition, no major dings or scratches, and should buff up nicely (any imperfections you see are just glare or reflection). The one on the left (red lines in neck pocket: $50) is perfect and unaltered. The one one the right (yellow lines in neck pocket: $40) has a couple mnior alterations to the control cavity that are covered by the pickguard. Anybody interested let me know, now that I've dug 'em out I might stick 'em on Ebay...

Hi Carmine!

I would be interested in one of these bodies.
Could you tell me their origin (squier)?
Would you ship to France?

I don't think Squier bodies have 7 holes for the bridge, or are routed like that. I'd be interested in one of those bodies.

Don't know the manufacturer, but they are solid Alder and I'm 99% sure not Squier. I have no idea how much shipping to France would be, do you?

Don't know the manufacturer Dano, but they are solid Alder and I'm 99% sure not Squier. I would think U.S. shipping would be around $18, if it's more than that I'll cover it. I have Paypal so if you want one PM me and I'll give you the info. I have someone looking at the $50 one, so that one may or may not be available for much longer.
