Early 90s MIJ Fender 62 reissue Jazz Bass for sale.
Selling my MIJ Fender 62 Reissue jazz bass. It’s a really nice playing, great sounding bass. Serial number dates it to 1990 or 1991, I think the neck is marked 1991, but I don’t 100% remember. Vintage vibes for days. The body is a little rough, there’s some pretty big dings and scratches, all of which look like they’ve been there for decades. Honestly, if you want the true been around the block vintage feel, this is a good one. Pickups and electronics seem original, the bridge is a badass II (pretty common aftermarket replacement back in the day). Sounds great with rounds or flats, currently strung with d’addario xl rounds but I’ll throw a set of TI flats in with the sale. I’ll ship it in your choice of a REALLY beat up tweed hardshell case or a pretty nice rock bag soft case.
