I've got D'Adarrio rounds on it right now, I use this bass in our 3rd set which, after two sets of Beatles, features other 60s bands; from Herman's Hermits to The Who, so I need a wide variety of tones, I went from Roto TruBass nylons when I first bought it, to GHS Flatwounds, and now to rounds. With the pickup switch and Tone controls for each pickup I can get several different tones. |
