Not sure where to put this, so.......

I was playing my '75 Fender Jazz bass last night and when putting it away, saw the factory manual in the case. Now I have read this thing a number of times, but I thought that I would give it a go through again for grins. I own both an old British Bike and an Italian Bike and love to read through the manuals because of the phrasing....but that's another story. Anyway, for those who have never flipped through the old factory manual for a Fender Jazz bass, I thought that I would post it so that it might bring a smile to your face! Enjoy!

I should say that the back cover is from one of the past owners. The other is, the neck plate serial number puts in 1975. But the case candy and all numbers on the bass, puts it around 1974.

Great reading, I noticed on Page 3 there was a Type-O Strpa Button,

Lastly funny how we forget this is how we learned stuff before youtube.

My favorite typo on page 3: "The neck frets may be removed"...

Repetitive strain injury resulting from poor technique.

Reminds me of Joe Theismann's leg after the career ending Lawrence Taylor sack, back in 85.
