Doesn't Eastwood make a lefty Mosrite bass clone?
Yes they do/did, their MIC Hi Flyer model, though I don't lefties listed on their website anymore. Discontinued?

I've only seen one original lefty Mosrite bass in my lifetime, a 1 PUP model. The original Mosrite company folded in the 90's but are now back making custom instruments again. Not sure if they'lll make lefties, I've never inquired, but you can bet they'll be a small fortune. There were also lefty basses made for the japanese market under the Mosrite name too (not sure if they still do), though there was supposedly some legal issues with them and they were apparently made using the name but without consent from the original owners of the name. Those MIJ Mosrites are VERY expensive too:

Otherwise, many foreign companies have offered Mosrite knockoffs over the years, including Ibanez, so there may be other lefties out there.
Anyone interested in some thorough (yet typically long winded) history on Mosrite can read up on Ed Roman's site:
