I guess I'm a sucker for any lefty bass that's somewhat interesting.
As noted elsewhere it's HEAVY. I THINK this could be the only long-scale bass I own with a 2-octave neck. The position of the neck pickup makes for an interesting tone, turning off the Tone and Bridge Volume makes for an almost Gibson-like tone. I dig it, its first gig tonight.

Congrats. I think for the money they're very decent and well made, and certainly more versatile than the more expensive Ampeg Dan Armstrongs. I see on ebay that they're now offering a lefty with a maple neck too.

Make sure you're fly is up while you're onstage or everyone will be able to see it thru the bass!

 Especially since the acrylic also seems to magnify.

I had the Dillion Crystal series p-bass for a while. nice tone and weight was not too bad at all.

( meaning 11 lbs was not as bad as the 13lb Jackson Tbird I still have and the dozen or so 10lb poplar bodied units.)

How did your back and shoulders feel after the gig?

Not a problem, I only played it for the last set which is only 45 minutes.

I note that ALB got around the whole "accidental fly-down" issue by wearing a long t-shirt... that's thinking ahead.
