Thanks! The seller did not provide any specs. :? The only thing I know is it weighs 9lbs on my postage scale. I'm going to call Carvin to try to unravel the mystery.

It sounds absolutely kick ass. Great punch, sustain and tonal range.

Nice! I've never seen an SB with a spalted top/ headstock before- it really works well with the body design!

I second that Carmine... I also have an SB5000, Ash body, looks ho-hum next to this, and at about 11lbs, Just this side of being a boat anchor.... but it sounds great! :)
