Addison, how did you find the original? just curious ...

In his eBay description he says, "This was ordered specially for me as I couldn't get Fender to do a Jeff Beck relic for me in lefty so I took this as the next best thing."

So I did a Google image search for "Jeff Beck Esquire" and there's a bunch of pics of it.

There's even a legit Japanese Fender reproduction...

Here's another older pic of the original...

As Jayce & others put it very eloquently, I guess I should have not been so judgmental & scornful of another's free will, regardless of my personal choices, which of course may be seen as just as weird by some on the outside looking in. (Can you say "80's" Glen? OK, how about "Steinberger"??) I suppose it was just seeing my favorite type of guitar, especially in a lefty, looking so 'disheveled' that raised my hackles a tad. Tolerance comes in many guises, which is my lesson learned. Anyway brethren, I best be off as there is a large, warm piece of humble pie with my name on it just waiting to be eaten, that is, when I can remove my size 8 beetle crusher from my mouth! :)
