Try to locate one in a music store, and play it to see if it suits you. Or if you find one cheap enough on the internet, buy it and join the GAS building club! :)

Not all Schecters are alike, which is a good thing, 'cause they offer nearly every model they make in a lefty, so there's variety for a change. (I just noticed Schecter has brought back the Baron H, which I have; Very cool bass). I second trying one locally if you can. The Stilettos (Studios and Customs) pop up now and then in the GC and Sam Ash near me.

Ibanez used to be really lefty friendly, as of late though, at least to the North American market, they've kinda quit.

I'd keep an eye on ebay for the occasional used lefty Ibanez, or try out a few more Schecters. You may also want to give ESP a shot as well, they make a few decent models lefty.
