Here is my Traben Array Limited 5 string. I love it. My other bass isn't even worth showing (its a POS Ibanez SR300DXL in none-other-than BLACK). |

Here is my bass clef tattoo, probably my favorite piece I've got on my body lately! |

I recently just made my first "at-home" bass guitar repair/modification (besides adjusting ONLY the action). I just adjusted my truss rod for the first time (its a dual truss-rod) and I must say...I dont know why the hell I wasted 40 dollars for the guy at the local music store to do it. It honestly looked like he didn't even touch my neck, but it felt OK at the music shop when I tested my bass after he "adjusted" it. Now NO more fret buzz (the neck had a WICKED back-bow) and I adjusted my action to my liking now. Plays MUCH better. I guess the old saying "if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself," is true. I do believe I can finally enjoy my new bass to its fullest! Cheers! |
