I just ran across this lefty bassist while trolling Youtube for Michael Mannring clips. He is a ferrrreaking awesome tone monster!

Beautiful. I dig it, though his tone couldn't be any further from a traditional bass sound. Sounds like a jangly banjo at times. But proof positive that the infamous raking technique is far from wrong. ;) The combination of that and his reverse strung playing help give him that sound.
