Addison - Yeah, things is bad right now. But if things turn out as planned in the near future I may be able to get another.

fivebass52 - Thanks for the compliments! Here is a clip I was able to find with this bass is from a benefit show playing in a Hendrix tribute setting. The snippet is of Third Stone from the Sun, so I am kind of doing the same riff over and over, nothing special. OK, laugh at the wigs and clothes  . But watch til the very end, you'll get a kick out of it.

But, but, but... I WANT THEM ALL!!!!!

Seriously, though... I really dig the short-scale 4-string headless fretless composite neck combo.

I just can't imagine that thing sounds anything other than sick.

You can see the Bendwell in the 4th photo. Is a 'gap' between the nut and the brass string retainer and it allows you to bend the strings for vibrato effects just like you can with a normal headed bass. This option reduces the overall fingerboard scale length to 32" instead of 34". The bendwell's function is somewhat redundant or superfluous on a fretless I suppose, and I don't use it at all. I was just very curious how a medium scale bass would feel so I had Rob Green at Status Graphite switch out the original 34" fretted neck for the 32" Bendwell fretless.

And thank you for a very pleasant transaction!

Since a signature is required I don't think Fedex will toss the package over a fence like they usually do.

I hope you enjoy the bass as much as I did.

Thanks again!
