I need to sale this great sounding bass. The original Sabre bass is one gem that need to be discover again.

It is a 1979 Sabre fitted with a newer rosewood/maple neck fitted by EB I believe. It has an easy acces to the truss-rod like the new models at the end of the fingerboard and a more solid 6 bolts neck-plate. This is my back-up Sabre. This is why I am selling it.
I bought this bass here.

$1,400 US + shipping with a soft case, an extra set of strings and one of my book at your choice ;-)

Super rare and reasonably priced, IMO. Somebody should jump on this. I consider the Sabre THE best bass Musicman ever made for slap tones. Killer!
