Damn, my heart is racing. Do I see holes where a thumbrest of some kind might have been drilled into the wood? |

Yes, it was there when I got the bass. I had it removed and the holes filled by my tech, but still visible. You don't feel it when playing however. I don't want to misrepresent this bass, it is definitely not 'mint', it has been played...first, I think, by Chris Chew, then me. It is amazing. |
