I will work a deal with a board member if we do not use ebay.

That bass is really cool. But I am offering my unsolicited opinion and pleeeease, I hope you aren't offended. I think you're probably asking way more, perhaps twice what you should for it. I realize the relicing & finishing are expensive but being a 90s era bass it's just going to be hard to get that kind of cash for it. When you mod a bass it's so hard to get out what you put into it financially.
That all being said, the bass is killer and again, I don't mean to offend or come off sounding like a critical jerkweed. :)

You would be surprised of the offers I've been given on eBay. Couple over $1000.

I'd jump on one of those offers for sure.

I really like what you did with the bass too (and I too own a 97 Red PBass) but I agree with Matt on the price assessment.

Now, since I always seem to be torn between PBass and Jazz Bass I found out it is best to carefully choose the strings you use and switch instruments depending on the situation.

For recording, I love a PBass with LaBella Deep Talkin' for live playing I prefer a Jazz Bass with EB Slinkies too cut through.
