This is just like a brand new bass. I bought it as a back-up for my Martin in case something happens but never left home.

This thing is surprisigly loud for an acoustic and the electric sound is very good also. Very versatile instrument in fact. Here are the specs:

Neck - Maple

Fingerboard - Rosewood
Top - Mahogany

Bridge - Maple with Ebony Insert
Back - Mahogany

Sides - Mahogany

Finish - Antique Reddish-Brown

Fingerboard Inlay - Dot
Headstock Inlay - Gold Tone / Paul Beard

Neck Binding - Cream ABS
Body Binding - Cream ABS

Nut - Bone

Tuners - Bass Style Die Cast Sealed

Tailpiece - 4 String Dobro Style

Strings Light Gauge Bass

Electronics - Pickup Humbucking with Tone and Volume Control
Dimensions

Scale 32"

Weight - 8 lbs

Nut Width - 1 5/8"

Frets - 22
Total Length - 46"

I'm asking $650 with hard case + shipping

Builder is Gold Tone, they are specialized in Banjos and resonators. I have the guitar version which I use for slide. It is already incredibly bassy so I can picture how the bass is.

No like all acoustic stringed instruments. I did remove the metal plate and took picture of the bridge.

here is a clip I made with the bass acoustically last year for one of my tutorial videos. It gives a good idea of how it sounds acoustic.
Don't be too judgy please, it was done too quickly and I don't have much experience at producing these things. I'm learning LOL
