I have one...these sound killer. I don't play it too often, only because I'm a huge guy with big hands- and this has a small neck. They're noisy- but not bad- cheap, but not poor quality- and yes, Alembic like tone to die for. $250 is a steal! |

I have flatwounds on mine and love the tone. It's recorded well too. This is a great price - pick it up as a nice addition to your arsenal. |

Thanks, guys. It's a really cool bass. I wish I had the room to keep all I have, but all I ever play are my Thunderbird and the Carvin. I'll probably end up selling my Jazz Bass as well. |

Gigged tonight, and have three more over the holiday weekend.... did I mention Oahu is great?!
