Darn, there are so many lefties for sale these days, but here is one more.
I have a
Mike Lull V4 for sale, brand-spakin'-new, just received after waiting four months, with the following specs:
V4, fullsize Jazz body shape
Ash body, ultra light at 7.6 lb
Maple neck with birdseye maple fretboard
7-1/4" fretboard radius (special request)
Hipshot D-tuner (an option)
'70s pickup spacing (special request)
Lindy Fralin single coils with staggered pole pieces to match the radius of the fretboard
PLEK'ed frets = ultra low action, if that's what you want
Aztec gold color it's a treat to the eyes, and it changes a bit depending on the lighting, but it's a very intense gold color, more than, say, shoreline gold. This is "Goldar" gold (anybody over 40 here. . . ?)
Now for the subjective specs: it's super resonant with lots of sustain, and it balances perfectly. Nice and tight '70s type Jazz Bass sound, but still with a modern touch and consistency across the fretboard. The neck shape is one of the best I've played, not too thin, not too thick. And for those wondering about Lull quality, I'd say is on par with Sadowsky and US Lakland.
Reason for selling, if anybody wants to know: just trying to downsize, as many of us. I've always wanted a super lightweight custom Fender-type bass built to my specs, but I already have more basses than I need (as many of us do), and I don't want to sell my older Fenders.
Comes with deluxe, super plush, form-fitting hard case.
I just paid $2770 for it. I would start with a price of $2399 for forum members, shipped within the US and paypaled. International buyers welcomed. Let me know where you live so I can calculate shipping.
