Been using these guys for several years to buy bass parts without a hitch. Placed a bigger parts order a couple weeks ago for parts for my Single Coil PBass I'm building. Well, they never sent order confirmation, didn't answer emails (yes I was polite), and didn't answer the phone or respond to voicemails (21 call attempts on my part). I filed a claim through Paypal who resolved it and processed my full refund in a matter of hours. I found in a number of forums where this company has a reputation/habit for this kind of behavior. I just placed an order for the parts I need through Buzzard's Bass Shop out of Florida. I haven't used them before, so any experiences or thoughts on them would be appreciated if possible. Bottom line- if you are a retailer, luthier or whatever-- COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENTS. That is all. |

Always use Paypal when you can. It's the best protection against dickbags like them. |
