Yeah, I just stumbled on that thread myself.

You just gotta ignore the trolls, man. Anything else will only fan the flames.

Oh I know. Sometimes I just like to have fun with them. It doesn't bother me. ;)

Your Talkbass thread was a very interesting, and funny read! Although there were a few in the thread that actually tried to help, the rest couldn't wait to show their dismay towards your question, and prove - to themselves only - how witty they are at knocking down a fellow musician.... strange. :x

I just bought a Babicz. Oh, and I hate TalkBass.

By the way, I look forward to your review on the Babicz once it's installed. I think they are a great bridge, and have always wanted to put one on one of my basses.

Such is life on the web. I'll definitely let you know how the bridge is. This will be my first experience with their bridges.

Matt I just read your entire Talkbass thread. Holy Christ that site is swarming with a bunch of dickheads. I'm guessing a lot of those a holes have never played a paying gig in their small lives. Like the saying goes ask a simple question and get a load of shit. Unbelievable! Hope the new bridge solves the problem. Now I'm really glad i never joined Talkbass.

I've played Tele's, Jazz Basses and P's for years. Unfortunately blue Loctite is a way of life for me with the bridge design they all use. Even the old Gotoh bridge on my practice P'bass benifits from the blue juice.
I'm like you, I don't like the idea of fixing things that should work well from the get go either, but this stuff works and it preserves all of the hard work I put in when I set these things up. Minor tweaks years later stay put too.

Thanks Glenn. I went with the Babicz bridge. Hasn't budged at all.
