...."Very Good condition worth MUCH more..." except for the dings on the front-and-back of the headstock, and scratches and dings on the all over the body, it's in good condition...

I'm not an expert, but that serial number looks like it is a made in Japan model. It maybe an 32 scale which is rare. Could be a very good price .Might be worth getting more info.
