Always loved the look of those black guard on white P basses of the 70's. It became a staple of punk bassists throughout that whole era, not only for Dee Dee, but Sid Vicious, Paul Simonon, etc.

For such a legendary collector item, 35k is about right though...probably not for a player but for an ex-punk rocker/now wall-street yuppie it is perfect
