Post subject:  Joined new band, need song suggestions

I just joined a new band and we have a gig coming up so we need to fill out the set list. 2 guitars, drums, bass. Fairly narrow range on purpose - mid 60s to mid 70s rock, focusing more on softer stuff like Crosby Stills Nash, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Grateful Dead. Couple of rockers in there too like Substitute by the Who and I Got a Line on You by Spirit. I suggested Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress by the Hollies. Do you guys have any other ideas (not too tricky please we only have a few practices before the show, although my suggestion may be tricky for guitar :) ). Thanks!

Can't Explain - Who. (No one ever gets the change to the B chord)
Brown Sugar - Stones
Spirit in The Sky - Norm Greenbaum
Spooky - don't remember the band's original name, but they became the Atlanta Rhythym Section
Lola - Kinks
Do You Believe in Magic - Lovin Spoonful
Badge or White Room - Cream
All Along the Watchtower

Don't let me be misunderstood
Nights in white satin - Moody Blues
You really got me - Kinks
Light my fire, Love me 2 times, Roadhouse blues - Doors
Knocking on heavens door - Dylan
Born 2 b wild - Steppenwolf
Jumping jack flash, Honky tonk woman, Sympathy for the devil - Stones
Anything in that timespan that suits by: Cream, Clapton, Status Quo, Beatles, Stones, Neil Diamond, Suzi Quattro, Genesis, Zep, ACDC, etc.. You could also take some folk or pop hits n grunge em up, worked a treat with older crowds so long as u aren't a tribute band n have to stick 2 the original versions.
