This is freakin' insanity! :o I ought to see if I can trade 1 of my 2 Korg G5 Synth bass pedals for a Ferrari or Aston Martin on eBay. I'll keep the other one for when the Jackson estate sells Neverland, should get a few shekels back in change!

Wow - two different pedals for over a grand? Were those the only two made and were they built from Tolkien's Rings of Power??

Many years ago I purchased a brand new Akai Unibass for under the orginal price. Not as good as the SB-1, but still interesting.

I entertained the idea of getting an SB-1 3-4 years ago when they were "only" going for about $400.

Cool pedal, but come on! There's nothing it can't do that I can't get with my GK-equipped midi bass, and then some. Better yet, grab yourself a new Sonuus i2m for $149 (got mine for $110 with Musicians Friend coupons/discounts) and never look back. I'm using it on bass, guitar, and even my voice.
