A week in Vegas will give you plenty of time for side trips. PM me if you decide to go to Sedona AZ. IMO, the 2nd best attraction in the state next to the Grand Canyon.

... but I'm betting there'll be some Cali time spent somewhere in that week ...
... Reno could be interesting that time of year too, but I don't know if the ski slopes will be open by then ....

Hey, Pittsburgh looks a lot like Brisbane if you're into that sort of thing...

Rod, I'll be in Seattle first week of November for a work conference. I'll touch base with you. Probably will check out Bass NW, but they just informed me that they have no lefty basses in stock right now.

what, no nation stop in our nation's capital?? Who would not want to come into a swamp in the middle of August when it is 95 degrees, with 95 percent humidity, with all of our Congress members out of town? :?: Anyhow, enjoy your stay in the States.

They very seldom ever have lefties in stock. Been there several times, but lefties are a rare beast in their shop...

Bummer, it seems like, for such a huge shop, they would have a nice selection. Bass Central has 12 or 13 lefties in stock, figured that Bass NW would as well. Oh well, I will give them a holler while I am in town. If they have something, cool, if not cool.

Definitely drop me a note as soon as you know dates. I'll do my best to have a lefty or two together for you to play

Fyi, while you're in NY: I walked by Umanov Guitars today, they have a whole lefty section at the back with a bunch of Martin guitars, and several new Fender P and J, and a 4 string MM. I know these instruments are not super exciting per-se, but it's much more than the average contemporary instrument store.
