OK, I know this is a bit out in "left-field" (!) but I wonder how this guy could have fared if he'd learned how to play guitar.... and how easy playing a 7-or-8 string would have been. It appears as if all of the digits are anatomically proportional and usable....

Lucky bastard!!!! Garry Willis style on a 7 string fretless, piece of cake!! Piano, guitar, this guy shoulda been given flamenco lessons as a kid. He says that all his extra digits are fully functional so....EVH eat ur heart out!
