Great service when I bought my Stagg converted EUB. They did the conversions in house. Within a month one of the bridge housing pieces cracked and they sent me a free one in about 3 days.

Also, they knew that I had to have the bass for district jazz gig and got it shipped to me just in time for the first practice (I did 4/5 songs with that EUB and killed it).

They're good honest guys from what I can tell. I forget the owner's name, but he won't bs with you. If you ask him a question or are looking for recommendations, he will be straight up and not just try to sell you a product.

Yes Dennis is cool. I bought my ABG Martin there and he was really helpful,

Go for it,

Sly

Another +1 for Dennis and Adirondack. I've bought several instruments from them over the years and always found them helpful and willing to negotiate.

I have experience with them and it got off to a rocky start...

He "sold" me something that was already sold without his knowledge... but Dennis made up for it and gave me a killer deal on something else that I am very, VERY happy with.

So... even though I wasn't happy at first... in retrospect, I'm actually glad it happened the way it did.

FYI: Email communication can be a little on the slow side, so sometimes it's just better to call. I'm a guy who prefers email conversation, so I got a little frustrated by this.

I can't get the guy to email back. Hence, a couple lost sales. Glad some of you are having good experiences though.

+1 Dennis - I bought a Dobro from them - great experience
He told me he does a lot of business with other countries as he believed I was calling from France when he heard my accent
